Jenn Batey is a writer, realtor, wife, and mother of four, living in the Metro-Detroit area. Within a 4 year period of her life, she moved away from her established community of friends and family in Florida, suffered the loss of a dear friend due to cancer, and had to navigate through unknown territory in the pursuit of helping her daughter with special needs. Writing and interviewing has helped her reconcile the tensions between suffering and loss, and hope and faith. Each of the guests she interviewed became a valued and personal part of her own story. It is her desire that these stories reveal to each listener the detailed, faithful love of the Father, and remind them that God sustains us, and lifts up our heads, in seasons of trials and difficulties.
